Hilary Duff who is the star of Metamorphosis says that two men have been following her for weeks and and that she now has applied for a restraining order against them.
She told the court that she is afraid and feels threatened by the two men one of whom is a Russian immigrant named Max and the other one who is his flatmate.
Max threatened to "kill himself and to engage in dramatic actions", and said that he is prepared to do anything to get Hilary's attention.
The two men have regularly contacted Duff's manager and have also visited the star's mother in addition to following Duff and her boyfriend Joel Madden on several occasions.
