The 30-year-old cited irreconcilable differences in divorce papers earlier this month.
The couple have two children, Ava, seven, and Deacon, three.
The 'Walk the Line' star is apparently being offered comfort by her 'Rendition' co-star Jake Gyllenhaal.
According to Us Weekly, the Oscar winning actress is getting over the split and enjoying Gyllenhaal's company and a source said, "Jake stopped by her trailer and waited for her. They laughed and talked and then he left."
Gyllenhaal, 25, split up with actress Kirsten Dunst last year and although he has been seeing other women he remains single.
