As had been rumored, Mariah Carey will be the cover girl for Playboy's March "Sex and Music" issue.
Photos were recently leaked from the shoot following which a Playboy spokesperson revealed to E! News that "yes, Mariah Carey would be appearing on the cover of the magazine".
The photos were shot by Markus Klinko & Indrani and Mariah's decision to pose for the magazine comes at a time when she's in the midst of a legal battle with porn star Mary Carey concerning the trademarking of her name for video and audio recordings.
Additionally Mariah is also up for Best R&B Song and Best R&B Female Vocal Performance for "Don't Forget About Us" at the 49th Annual Grammy Awards.
