However this seems like an issue that is not going to go away for a while so here is the latest.
According to both American and British sources Anna Nicole Smith left everything in her estate to her late son who died suddenly last September.
Howard K Stern, the lawyer and partner of the former Playmate revealed that he helped her write her will in 2001 and that all should go to her son.
However Anna Nicole's baby daughter Dannielynn might now inherit Anna's estate and also J. Howard Marshall's fortune.
Seems like this will have to wait for a while as Dannielynn's paternity has not yet been determined.
