Anna Nicole Smith's mother, Virgie Arthur accused Stern in court of trying to profit from her daughter's death and said that he only wants the right to bury the former Playboy Playmate so that he can make money from her.
"I have not profited from the death of Daniel and Anna Nicole", said Arthur, "but he (Stern) want to and I heard that "Entertainment Tonight" is buying her funeral for a million bucks".
Arthur and Stern are fighting over who gets to bury Anna Nicole whose body is embalmed in cold storage.
Anna Nicole apparently wanted to be buried alongside her dead son Daniel in the Bahamas.
Pretty sordid and sick stuff if you ask me!
