Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt have donated $100,000 to build the first medical clinic in Duk County in the Sudan.
According to People magazine the clinic will open later this spring to serve the population of 150,000.
The clinic will be in the village of Dau which has been struggling from the civil war taking place there.
The money was given via their Jolie-Pitt Foundation which was set up in 2006 and aims to provide relief from poverty and AIDS in Third World countries.
