Nadine Coyle revealed that she dumped boyfriend Jesse Metcalfe because of his jealous rages.
The "Girls Aloud" singer had been in a long distance relationship with the "Desperate Housewives" hunk since early 2006.
Their recent split was rumoured to have been caused by photos of Jesse with a mystery brunette but Nadine says it was his fits of jealousy that prompted her to end the relationship.
A source close to the singer said, "Nadine dumped Jesse because he's a complete control freak and she was fed up with his jealous rages. After thinking long and hard she decided to get rid of him".
It is said that jealously is fear.
