Jennifer Lopez is developing a new TV show that is set in Miami and will feature five teenagers that work as party planners for the Quinceañera which is a celebration that is held when a girl turns fifteen.
The new series on which J.Lo will be an executive producer will be entitled 'The Amigas Sweet 15 Club'.
Each of the episodes will feature a different girl asking the group to help plan her 'Sweet 15' party.
Jennifer is hoping that the show will help showcase some new Latina musical talent and launch the careers of some budding young artists.
A series of 'Amigas Sweet 15 Club' CDs is already being discussed as well as a novel that would be based on the show.
J.Lo will be involved in all aspects of the production although it isn't known if she will appear in any of the episodes.
She already produces the MTV reality series 'Dance Life' and starred in and produced 'Shall We Dance' and 'El Cantante'.
