Uma Thurman says that she is happier now than she has been in a long time thanks to her engagement to the Swiss businessman Arpad Busson.
She said, "Personally, things are wonderful. I'm going to have to retract my statement that I will never marry again! I'll have to eat my words, what a surprise!".
Uma also revealed that she has had several setbacks in her life but added that she thinks they add to the "unpredictability" of life.
"You can be singing along, thinking everything is fine, then the train clouds and the lightning can just sweep in and you can find yourself devastated. Depressed. You can make bad decisions. It can screw everything. But I've lived through it all, and God damn it if I haven't learnt!".
