Friends of Sienna Miller say that she would "never" have got involved with Balthazar Getty if he had been happily married.
A friend said, "Sienna and Balthazar met through friends and he was already separated from his wife. When he released a statement in July saying he had split from his wife Rosetta, he had been sleeping on friends' couches for six months".
And in spite of media reports that Balthazar was "desperately" trying to convince Rosetta to take him back, their friends insist that Sienna and the 'Brothers and Sisters' actor are incredibly happy together.
"Sienna and he are in love. They're living together in Los Angeles. Everyone knows about her and accepts her. It's just annoying that all this misinformation is out there. He should have announced his separation a lot earlier than he did and she was always told he was separated. There's no way she would ever get involved with another married man after Jude Law".
