According to recent reports, Heidi Klum is being sued by both jeweler Van Cleef and Arpels who claim that the supermodel's company copied their vintage clover jewelry, the Alhambra line.
The lawsuit was filed in Manhattan Federal Court on Friday and seeks more than $25,000 in damages from Klum's companies Heidi Klum GmbH and Mouawad USA.
Heidi Klum teamed up with Robert Mouawad in order to create the jewelry line.

The nominees for this year's Golden Globe Awards have been announced in L.A.
The young and very beautiful actress Hayden Panettiere, along with Ryan Reynolds and Quentin Tarantino announced the categories and nominees for the 65th annual ceremony which will take place on January 13, 2008.
Nominations were announced in twenty five categories and NBC will telecast the 65th Annual Golden Globe Awards live from the Beverly Hilton beginning at 8 PM E.T.
The awards are voted on by members of the Hollywood Foreign Press Association and are viewed as an indicator of possible Oscar winners.
The Hollywood Foreign Press Association is a group of Southern California based international journalists that started the awards over 60 years ago.

Eva said she was inspired to take action against fur wearers after receiving a letter from PETA when she first started out in the film industry.
She said, "I wasn't familiar with PETA early in my career. I remember having my first premiere in New York City and being so naive that I didn't have a coat with me. My stylist sent me a fur wrap for the evening and I ignorantly wore it. PETA then wrote me a beautiful letter commenting on my less than educated choice. I was so impressed that I vowed to them and myself to never wear real fur on the red carpet or in my life again. There are way too many amazing faux fur options out there for people to still be wearing real fur. I want people to know that there are options; that killing a poor animal and wearing it isn't cool. But respecting all life forms is cool. Very cool".
