A lingerie football league player, Melissa Berry is suing her ex-lover because he allegedly posted nude pictures of her on the Internet and then emailed them to her mother.
Melissa, who is a 24-year-old rookie linebacker with the 'Tampa Breeze' franchise of the 'Lingerie Football League', is seeking $15,000 in unspecified damages from her ex-boyfriend Mark Dawson who is a 45-year-old 'safe dating expert' that she dated earlier this year.
According to Berry's lawsuit against Dawson, 'she took nude photographs of herself with his cell phone.
And there is another photo of her engaged in a "particularly private, intimate sexual act," that was allegedly taken without her permission', the Tampa Tribune said.
Berry says that she never intended the photos to be publicized.

The word is that the New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady proposed to the Brazilian supermodel Gisele Bundchen on Christmas Eve and that she accepted.
Brady is said to have had a private jet decked out with white roses and champagne and then proposed mid-flight.

Even though she isn't getting married, the 'Bride Wars' actress Anne Hathaway says that she’s already chosen the music that she wants at her wedding.
She says that even though she's not the kind of person to get obsessed about her big day, she’s recently started planning a playlist for it.
"I'm not the sort of girl who dreams about her wedding. I haven't thought about the food; I haven't thought about the look; I haven't thought about my dress. I haven't really thought about the guy, but every once in a while, I'll listen to a song, and I'm like, 'I want that at my wedding!'".

The 19-year-old actress Hayden Panettiere has been banned from rock climbing by the producers of the hit series 'Heroes' because they are frightened that she'll injure herself.
Hayden is disappointed because she was thrilled when she took up the sport because it helped her to keep in great shape.
A source said, "The bosses told Hayden they love her keeping fit but don't want her rock climbing is too dangerous. Hayden was really cross and told them it's not like climbing real rocks because there are pads at the bottom to soften falls. But producers refused to listen to her and told her that she must abide by their rules".
Hayden is also upset that she isn't given enough stunts to perform in 'Heroes'.
She said, "I dived out of a window at the end of the first season and I was desperate to do it again. In the end I bugged everyone enough for them to let me do it. I love doing stunts and jumping through a window is not a stunt I'm unfamiliar with. It's a lot of fun".
Paris Hilton might be a big deal in Australia but she obviously isn't with Buckingham Palace.

We've been told however that he's been banned from hanging out with the hotel heiress.
A source who is close to the 26-year-old Prince stated, "William really wanted to go but he has been told that under no circumstances is he to associate with Paris".

The actress Alyssa Milano of "Charmed" and "Who's the Boss?" fame has sought a temporary restraining order against a northern California man that she says hikes miles to try to reach her and a hearing is scheduled for January.
A statement from Milano says that the man has repeatedly tried to meet her and displayed increasingly threatening behavior and has also tried to gain access to an upcoming event where she is scheduled to appear.
She is also is seeking protection for her parents and brother.

Tom Cruise intends to take Katie Holmes on a romantic break for her upcoming 30th birthday.
He says that he wants Katie to relax after she finishes her run on the Broadway show 'All My Sons' and thinks that some private time together with their two-year-old daughter Suri would be good.
A source close to Tom and Katie said, "Tom realizes that Katie has been working very hard on the show, so when it's over he's planning on taking her on a romantic break with Suri too. They just want to spend some quality time together as a family and he feels a holiday would be the best way of doing that away from prying eyes. She will be in for a real treat".
Asked if the difference in their ages, (Tom is 46) is a problem Katie responded, "I find that as I get older I am excited to get older. There are more things for me to learn. I realize that I don't know as much as I thought I did. I like looking back and seeing pictures of the past because that is 'who' I created for me. That is what I was doing. I appreciate it more and more. Every day I try to find out more things about myself. I love changing".
This time last year the reality starlet Kim Kardashian, added "Playboy Centerfold" to her resume but whilst she says it was an amazing experience it will apparently not be happening again soon.
